All orders are processed and shipped in 3-6 business days (Weekdays). Once shipped the package will be sent at the desired time frame chosen by the customer.
Risk of Loss: Except as otherwise noted, once Rich Girl Savings (the seller) has handed off your order to the carrier for delivery, the risk of loss and title of the products purchased passes to you (the buyer)
Rich Girl Savings is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to the address you provided and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.Â
